For 2 1 goat crottin 2 artichoke hearts cooked 1 tablespoon Liège syrup 100 g spinach leave 50 g rocket remoulade sauce 1 tablespoon of roasted pumpkin seeds Prepare the salad by mixing all ingredients and spread on plates. Cut crottin in 2 and put a half on each artichoke hearts. Add on top a little syrup of Liège and bake for 5 minutes in oven 180° (th.6).Place over salad and serve immediately.
