4 servings 500 g of raw prawns(frozen) 120 g of whole-wheatflour 80 g of rice flour 1 coffee spoon ofbaking powder 2 eggs 150 ml (50% vegetal milkand 50% water) 3 cloves of fresh garlic 6 stalks fresh onion 4 small hot peppers(red and green) 1/2 teaspoon green Tabasco salt Defrost and peel the prawns. Mix half in a puree. Cut the rest into small pieces. Chop onion and press fresh garlic. Cut peppers in half to remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Mix the mashed prawns with onion, garlic, peppers, a little salt and tabasco. Add the shrimp pieces and mix well. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, egg yolks and liquid. Add the prawn mixture. Beat the white firm and mix gently with the preparation. Heat 3 inches of oil in a large saucepan or wok. Draw small spoonfuls and drop in oil. Cook as they come up to surface and keep warm in a bowl on a paper towel. Serve hot.
